Definitions Acquisition. The term (“Acquisition”) means items, products, materials, supplies, services, and equipment a state agency acquires by purchase, lease purchase, lease with option to purchase, or rental pursuant to the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act. Addendum or Addenda The term (“Addendum or Addenda”) means a document used to effect a contract change or modification in or more provisions of an existing a contract. Lead State The term (“Lead State”) means the State centrally administering any resulting Master Agreement. The State of Oklahoma is the Lead State for this Master Agreement.
