Definitions and Hours. The Labor/Management Committee shall develop a written job description for this position, which shall be attached as a part of the Agreement,. All Dispatched HCAs shall be advised of their "on duty" schedule to include a daily start and end time. Full-time Dispatched HCAs shall be available for and paid for forty (40) hours per week, regardless of whether or not client hours are available during this time. Part-time Dispatched HCAs who are assigned less than a full-time schedule shall be available for and paid for the number of weekly hours they work in a "dispatched" assignment and regardless of whether or not client hours are available during this time.
