Weekly Hours. Due to a reduction in meeting hours every month, Full-Time employees will be eligible to take relief shifts, provided that:
a) their working hours do not exceed 80 hours over every two week pay period unless authorized by the Executive Director; b) their working hours are consistent with Article 15.02
Weekly Hours. Ordinary hours of work shall be up to 37.5 per week. This will normally be worked in 5 consecutive 7.5 hour days, Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 9pm. However other working arrangements not exceeding 75 hours per fortnight may be agreed between the employer, the employee/s and TEU. Agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.
Weekly Hours. The total weekly hours of work for a regular full time employee are: Warehouseman/Planner – Forty (40) hours All other classifications – Thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours
Weekly Hours. 36.1.1 The hours of work for full-time professional services employees are 35 hours per week. Unless specified otherwise, the normal work pattern is 5 days per week, 7 hours per day.
36.1.2 The hours of work for part-time professional services employees will be less than 35 hours per week. The hours of work and work pattern will be advised in their employment contract or other formal documentation issued by the Human Resources Division.
36.1.3 Nothing in this clause will prevent the University and the employee from entering into a flexible working arrangement
Weekly Hours. 36.1.1. The hours of duty of University general staff shall be 35 hours per week.
36.1.2. On the commencement of this Agreement general staff who previously worked a 38 hour week under the previous Agreement i.e. employed in landscape, maintenance, construction, joinery and cleaning will move to 35 hours per week on the following basis: There will be no decrease in productivity or increase in overtime or additional staffing as a result of the change to a 35 hour week.
Weekly Hours. An employee's weekly hours will not exceed 60. If the employee has worked 80 hours before their rostered fortnightly hours are completed, MercyAscot may roster the employee off for the remainder of the fortnight, without pay.
Weekly Hours. Class Members’ weekly work hours are calculated by combining driving time, administrative time, and loading and unloading time as defined below, capped at 126 total hours per week.
Weekly Hours. For all time worked in a week in excess of forty straight-time hours. Vacation time is not considered as time worked in determining weekly overtime. (See Section XX, Vacations.)
Weekly Hours. Ordinary working hours shall be based upon an average of seventy-six (76) hours per fortnight for the Works and Services and Children’s Services Departments and seventy-five (75) hours per fortnight for all other Departments, provided that, subject to the provisions contained in this Agreement, actual working hours arrangements that meet the operational requirements of the Council in its respective work areas shall be agreed between management and Employees.
