Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Annex of Definitions attached hereto.
Definitions of Terms The terms defined in this Section (except as in this Indenture or any indenture supplemental hereto otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires) for all purposes of this Indenture and of any indenture supplemental hereto shall have the respective meanings specified in this Section and shall include the plural as well as the singular. All other terms used in this Indenture that are defined in the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended, or that are by reference in such Act defined in the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (except as herein or any indenture supplemental hereto otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires), shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in said Trust Indenture Act and in said Securities Act as in force at the date of the execution of this instrument.
ARTICLE I DEFINITIONS 1 SECTION 1.01.
Definitions of Key Terms Relating to Additional Rent As used in this Article 4, the following terms shall have the meanings hereinafter set forth:
SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.
COMMON TERMS AND DEFINITIONS The parties agree to the following terms and definitions, and to those terms and definitions 12 which, for convenience, are set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.
Definitions and Basic Provisions The following definitions and basic provisions shall be used in conjunction with and limited by the reference thereto in the provisions of this lease:
Definitional Provisions For purposes of this Agreement, (i) those words, names, or terms which are specifically defined herein shall have the meaning specifically ascribed to them; (ii) wherever from the context it appears appropriate, each term stated either in the singular or plural shall include the singular and plural; (iii) wherever from the context it appears appropriate, the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, shall each include the others; (iv) the words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder”, and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole, and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; (v) all references to “Dollars” or “$” shall be construed as being United States Dollars; (vi) the term “including” is not limiting and means “including without limitation”; and, (vii) all references to all statutes, statutory provisions, regulations, or similar administrative provisions shall be construed as a reference to such statute, statutory provision, regulation, or similar administrative provision as in force at the date of this Agreement and as may be subsequently amended.
Specific Definitions The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRUST The following special terms and conditions are hereby agreed to:
1. The Bonds listed in the Schedule hereto have been deposited in trust under this Trust Agreement.
2. The fractional undivided interest in and ownership of a Trust represented by each Unit thereof is a fractional amount, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the amount set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--General Information--Number of Units" in the Prospectus Part I for such Trust.
3. The aggregate number of Units described in Section 2.03(a) for a Trust is that number of Units set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--General Information--Number of Units" in the Prospectus Part I for such Trust.
