Degree Requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that any degrees required of the Contractor or the Contractor’s staff under this Contract, or by statute, shall meet the following requirements before the Contractor shall provide services under this Contract: a. The degree must be awarded following successful completion of a required course of instruction undertaken by the recipient of the degree; b. The degree must be awarded by a public or private four (4) year or two (2) year college, university, community college, trade or vocational school, or other institution of higher education in the United States that is accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or an accreditation organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or by one (1) of the following regional accreditation boards for the United States: (2) MSA – Middle States Association (3) NWCCU – Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities
