DEHCHO TITLE. 7.1.1 The Dehcho Government, on behalf of the Dehcho Dene, will be vested with title, which may be referred to as “Dehcho title”, to the lands the boundaries of which are shown on the map described in part 1 of the appendix to this chapter, totaling approximately X41 square kilometres, including the mines and minerals that may be found to exist within, upon or under such lands, subject to the interests listed in part 2 of the appendix to this chapter, and to any renewals or replacements of such interests , and to the interests granted under 7.1.2.

All intellectual property developed, originated, or prepared by Motorola in connection with providing the Software, Designated Products, Documentation or related services, remains vested exclusively in Motorola, and Licensee will not have any shared development or other intellectual property rights.
