Delay to Trains. The State will require its Contractor to furnish, maintain and install, during performance of the Project Work, all advance warning signs or barricade protection that are expressly required by the UPRR for the duration of the Project Work. The State shall also require the Contractor to pay the UPRR for all train delay costs incurred by the UPRR resulting from a Contractor exceeding the agreed upon track construction window periods.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.

  • Bilingual Premium The appointing authority may require a qualified employee to perform bilingual duties in positions which have been identified and designated as requiring such bilingual skills.   • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Reservation Fee The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of Contract (room and board fees) and is due with Contract submission. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit. If the University is unable to accept Contract and provide a room due to space limitations, the Reservation Fee will be fully refunded.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.

  • Contractor’s Fee When all the Work is performed on the basis of cost-plus, Contractor’s fee shall be determined as set forth in the Agreement. When the value of any Work covered by a Change Order for an adjustment in Contract Price is determined on the basis of Cost of the Work, Contractor’s fee shall be determined as set forth in Paragraph 12.01.C.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.

  • Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.
