DELAYS AND EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DELIVERY. (FORCE MAJEURE) 1. Causes of Delay (Force Majeure) : i) The occurrence could not reasonably have been foreseen by the BUILDER at the date of signing of the Contract. ii) The BUILDER shall have exercised reasonable due diligence to avoid or minimize the occurrence of such event. iii) The BUILDER shall have used reasonable efforts to mitigate the duration and effects of such events of the construction schedule.
