Common use of Delegate Agencies Clause in Contracts

Delegate Agencies. (1) If LPHA has a Subcontract for Immunization Services LPHA must complete a Delegate Addendum. A new Delegate Xxxxxxxx must be signed when either of the authorized signers changes or upon request.
