Common use of Delegate Numbers Clause in Contracts

Delegate Numbers. 11.1 We will not unreasonably refuse to accept a written request from you to increase the number of Delegates who attend the Event from that specified in the Booking Contract, subject to: a) The availability of the Venue and associated services b) Such request being made as early as is reasonably practicable (and while we may endeavour to accommodate requests received later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event we are under no obligation to do so) and c) Payment by you of an additional non-refundable deposit per additional Delegate of 50%. 11.2 We will not unreasonably refuse to accept a written request from you to decrease the number of Delegates. If we agree to decrease the number of Delegates we shall be obliged to provide the Venue and associated services only in respect of the reduced number of Delegates. You will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit or any subsequent payments if you reduce the number of Delegates. If the request is received less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the Event we will be unable to adjust the final invoice to reflect the reduction in Delegate numbers.
