Common use of Delegate Clause in Contracts

Delegate. The Wakeel acknowledges that each Trustee has delegated certain of its rights under the Master Trust Deed to the Delegate and the Delegate may: (a) enforce the obligations of the Wakeel under this Agreement on behalf of each Trustee; and (b) exercise the rights of each Trustee, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Master Trust Deed.
