Program Requirements A. The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
Minimum System Requirements The following summarizes the minimum office system requirements for all Contractors and Architect/Engineer to possess in order to participate. It is the responsibility of all Contractors and Architect/Engineer to possess these minimum requirements at no additional cost to Princeton University.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT (1) Overtime requirements. No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.
Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:
Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR COLLEGE PROGRAM The A.A. degree and a minimum GPA of 2.00 Grade of C or better in a credit-bearing mathematics course worth three or more credits* Grade of C or better in freshman composition, its equivalent, or a higher-level English course* *(Effective 10/1/08, per University policy) Students who wish to transfer but do not meet all of the above requirements or are unable to enroll within two years after graduation will receive admission consideration under our standard transfer credit policies. Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement.
