Legislative Appropriation. Any obligation for payment under this Contract is contingent upon an appropriation by the Florida Legislature. If funds required to finance this Contract are unavailable, COALITION shall terminate this Contract after providing written notice, with proof of delivery, at least twenty-four (24) hours before termination of this Contract. In the event of termination of this Contract under this paragraph, PROVIDER shall be paid for the documented VPK hours completed prior to termination of this Contract.
Legislative Appropriation. Continuation of this Contract is contingent upon continued legislative appropriation of funds for the purposes of this Contract. If these funds are not appropriated, the STATE will immediately notify the MCO in writing and the Contract will terminate as of 11:59 p.m. on June 30th of the Contract Year.
Legislative Appropriation. The parties agree that any provision of this Agreement requiring legislative action; all monetary items; and other provisions requiring legislative funding to permit its implementation, shall not become effective until the legislative body has taken the required action or provided the required funding.
Legislative Appropriation. Pursuant to section 287.0582, F.S., the State of Florida’s performance and obligation to pay under any PO is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature.

Contractor understands that payment under this Agreement is valid and enforceable only if sufficient funds are appropriated in the State Budget Act for the relevant Fiscal Year. Payment under this Agreement is subject to any additional restrictions, limitations or conditions imposed by the Legislature, in the Budget Act or otherwise. If sufficient funds are not appropriated or otherwise made available for disbursement from the Employment Training Fund as needed for this Agreement, the Panel's liability for payment shall be limited to available funds and payment shall be disbursed only for the actual hours of training delivered as of the date Contractor receives a Notice of unavailable funds from ETP.

Legislative Appropriation. The parties recognize that performance of this Agreement by University may be dependent upon the appropriation of funds by the Arkansas General Assembly (the “Legislature”). If the Legislature fails to appropriate the necessary funds, then by written notice to Vendor, University may cancel this Agreement without further duty or obligation. The parties recognize and understand that appropriation is a legislative act and is beyond the control of University.
Legislative Appropriation. A. No legislative appropriation requested by the University, with regard to funding this Agreement, shall be made without prior discussion with the Union pursuant to Article 11. The University shall give adequate notice to the Union of such requests as to provide reasonable response time from the Union. The University shall request full funding of this Agreement.
Legislative Appropriation. IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE ACTION TO PERMIT ITS IMPLEMENTATION BY AMENDMENT OF LAW OR BY PROVIDING THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS THEREFORE SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE BODY HAS GIVEN APPROVAL.
Legislative Appropriation. The Tenant’s obligation hereunder to make rental payments is payable solely from the revenues of the Tenant. The Lease and the rental obligations hereunder shall not constitute an obligation of the State of Washington, moral or otherwise, for which the State is obligated to levy or pledge any form of taxation. Neither the Lease nor the rental obligations hereunder constitute a pledge of the full faith and credit of the State of Washington within the meaning of the Constitution of the State of Washington or within the meaning of any statutory debt limitation or restriction.
