Delegation of Use. Any owner may delegate, in accordance with the By-Laws, his right of enjoyment to the Common Area and facilities to the members of his family, his tenants and their guests.

Delegation of Use. Any Owner may delegate, in accordance with the Bylaws, such Owner’s right of enjoyment to the Association Property to the members of such Owner’s family, or to the tenants who reside in such Owner’s Home, subject to this Declaration, all of the rules and regulations presently in effect and any which may become effective in the future, and subject further to reasonable regulation by the Board.
