Deletion or Destruction of Personal Data. 11.1 Upon the expiry or termination of the Agreement, this Data Processing Agreement shall also cease to be in effect. The Parties shall agree on the deletion, handing back or de- struction of all personal data that is processed by the Data Processor on behalf of the Data Controller. The Data Processor shall furthermore delete all copies of data, including from backups, in accordance with the Data Processor’s scheduled and systematic over- writing of backups.

Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.
