Sponsor Personal Data means any Personal Data that the Institution, its employees, agents or subcontractors Processes on behalf of Sponsor in performing the Clinical Trial. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the information about potential subjects that Institution receives from the Sponsor’s or any of its affiliates’ clinical trial website (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) via Sponsor’s subcontractor who administers the website. Sponsor Personal Data shall not include original trial subject or patient medical records, research notebooks, source documents, or other routine internal documents kept in the Institution’s ordinary course of business operations, which shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Institution or medical provider. “Technical and Organisational Security Measures” shall mean those appropriate measures aimed at protecting personal data against accidential or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all other unlawful forms of processing. “Third Party Institution” shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 0.   • For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly included in the definition of Permitted Institution Processing or permitted by written instruction from Sponsor, Institution will not disclose Sponsor Personal Data to any other person or entity.

  • If Institution receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise his/her rights with respect to Sponsor Personal Data, Institution will handle such request as provided more specifically in Section 6 of the Agreement.

  • Further the Institution, the Investigator and the persons operating under their supervision may only process Sponsor Personal Data in accordance with the instructions provided by the Sponsor or PRA.

Related to Sponsor Personal Data

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Investment Facilitators/Advisors means an individual, firm, corporate or other entity appointed by the Management Company to identify, solicit and assist investors in investing in the Scheme. The investment facilitator/advisor is not authorized to perform the Distribution Functions. The Management Company shall compensate the Investment Facilitators.

  • Special categories of personal data means information about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation and biometric data.
