Deliveries After Commercial Operation Date. Once the Facility has achieved Commercial Operation, GLENDALE shall pay SELLER for the Products identified in Section 2.2 by multiplying the applicable Contract Price as set forth in GLENDALE’s Feed-In Tariff, by the applicable Energy quantity as metered at the Delivery Point.
Deliveries After Commercial Operation Date. Once the Facility has achieved Commercial Operation, SMUD shall pay SELLER for the products identified in Section 2.2 by multiplying the applicable hourly Contract Price as shown in Exhibit B, by the applicable hourly Energy quantity as metered at the Delivery Point.
