Payment for Products Purchased. 2.4.1 Pre-Commercial Energy. Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, GLENDALE will pay for Energy and Green Attributes produced by the Facility by multiplying the applicable Mead_On [Mead_Off] Forward Price Curve (as posted by the IntercontinentalExchange [Xxxx 230 Day Ahead Clearing Price] for on-peak and off-peak periods, respectively) by the applicable Energy quantity as metered at the Delivery Point.
