Delivery by Mail. Any share certificate or non-transferable written acknowledgment of a shareholder’s right to obtain a share certificate may be sent to the shareholder by mail at the shareholder’s registered address and neither the Company nor any director, officer or agent of the Company is liable for any loss to the shareholder because the share certificate or acknowledgement is lost in the mail or stolen.
Delivery by Mail. Notices, bills, invoices, and reports required by this Agreement shall be deemed delivered as of the date of postmark if deposited in a United States mailbox, first class postage attached, addressed to a party’s address as set. It shall be the duty of a party changing its address to notify the other party in writing within a reasonable time.

Delivery by Mail. If notice is delivered by mail, the notice shall be deposited in the official government mail at least five days before the meeting, properly addressed to a Director at his or her address shown on the records of the corporation, with postage thereon prepaid.
