Common use of Delivery & Freight Clause in Contracts

Delivery & Freight. Unless specified otherwise in the [choose] statement of work [or] technical specifications, any item provided under this Agreement shall be delivered FOB Santa Xxxxxxx to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any Project freight and delivery charges shall have been already included in the Contractor’s [choose] bid [or] proposal price and shall not be paid otherwise by MTD.
