Common use of Delivery Hours Clause in Contracts

Delivery Hours. After opening of the Event, all deliveries must be made to Gate 4. Items delivered after opening must be hand delivered to Exhibitor. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to make certain, after commencement of the Event, that they have someone available to accept any and all deliveries. The Fair is not responsible for any parcels left on the Fairgrounds and is not responsible for notifying the Exhibitor of its arrival. When delivering a package or other item to an exhibit building or tent, access to said exhibit building or tent shall be obtained through the rear of the exhibit building or tent for purposes of loading/unloading. No other access is permitted.
