Delivery Method. Proposals shall be delivered to the designated receiving office by one (1) of the following methods: 1. Commercial Delivery Service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) 2. Delivery by Offeror’s employee or other individual agent Regardless of the method of delivery chosen, the Offeror is responsible for delivery of the Proposal to the designated receiving office no later than the date and time stated in the Solicitation.
