DELIVERY OF AS-BUILT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Prior to acceptance of PFE facilities by City, Constructing Owner shall deliver to City copies of all as-built plans (if any), specifications, operating manuals, service manuals, warranties and other documents relating to the design, construction, and operation of the PFE Facilities described in this Agreement. Upon acceptance of the PFE Facilities, City shall file Notice of Completion with Placer County.
