DELIVERY OF AS-BUILT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Prior to acceptance of the Facilities by City, Constructing shall deliver to City copies of all as-built plans (if any), specifications, operating manuals, service manuals, warranties and other documents relating to the design, construction, and operation of the Facilities described in this Agreement.
