Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 9.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that:
(a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at Proquip’s address; or
(b) Proquip (or Proquip’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.
9.2 At Proquip’s sole discretion the cost of Delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price.
9.3 The Client must take Delivery by receipt or collection of the Goods/Equipment whenever either is tendered for Delivery. In the event that the Client is unable to take Delivery of the Goods/Equipment as arranged then Proquip shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery of the Goods/Equipment and/or the storage of the Goods.
9.4 Proquip may deliver the Goods/Equipment in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 6.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that:
(a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at the Supplier’s address; or
(b) the Supplier (or the Supplier’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.
6.2 At the Supplier’s sole discretion, the cost of Delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price.
6.3 The Client shall take Delivery of the Goods by receipt or collection of the Goods/Equipment whenever they are tendered for Delivery and notwithstanding that the quantity so delivered shall be either greater or lesser than the quantity purchased provided that:
(a) such discrepancy in quantity shall not exceed five percent (5%); and
(b) the Price shall be adjusted pro rata to the discrepancy.
6.4 Any time specified by the Supplier for Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is an estimate only. The Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client as a result of Delivery being late. In the event that the Client is unable to take Delivery of the Goods/Equipment as arranged then the Supplier shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.

(a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at Walkie Talkie’s address; or
(b) Walkie Talkie (or Walkie Talkie’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.
8.2 At Walkie Talkie’s sole discretion, the cost of Delivery is in addition to the Price.
8.3 Walkie Talkie may deliver the Goods/Equipment in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.
8.4 Any time specified by Walkie Talkie for Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is an estimate only. The Client must take Delivery by receipt or collection of the Goods/Equipment whenever they are tendered for Delivery. Walkie Talkie will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client as a result of Delivery being late. In the event that the Client is unable to take Delivery of the Goods/Equipment as arranged then Walkie Talkie shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.

9.2 In the event the Client (or a representative thereof) is not present at the time of Delivery, the Supplier’s delivery docket remains prima facie evidence of such.
9.3 At the Supplier’s sole discretion the cost of Delivery is either included in the Charges or is in addition to the Charges.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 6.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that:
(a) the Customer or the Customer’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at DWW’s address; or
(b) DWW (or DWW’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Customer’s nominated address even if the Customer is not present at the address.
6.2 At DWW’s sole discretion the cost of delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price.
6.3 The Customer must take delivery by receipt or collection of the Goods/Equipment whenever either is tendered for delivery. In the event that the Customer is unable to take delivery of the Goods/Equipment as arranged then DWW shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery of the Goods/Equipment and/or the storage of the Goods.
6.4 Any time or date given by DWW to the Customer is an estimate only. The Customer must still accept delivery of the Goods/Equipment even if late and DWW will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery being late.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 5.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that: measurements and quantities of the Goods required to complete the services, it is the Client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the measurements and quantities, before the Client or Xxxxxxxx’x places an order based on these measurements and quantities. Xxxxxxxx’x accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or costs however resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with this clause.

(a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at Ceil Power Systems’s address; or
(b) Ceil Power Systems (or Ceil Power Systems’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.
6.2 At Ceil Power Systems’s sole discretion the cost of Delivery is either included in the Price or is in addition to the Price.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 6.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that:
(a) the Client or the Client’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at L.I’s address; or
(b) L.I (or L.I’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Client’s nominated address even if the Client is not present at the address.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 6.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that:
(a) the Customer or the Customer’s nominated carrier takes possession of the Goods/Equipment at B&B Timbers’ address; or
(b) B&B Timbers (or B&B Timbers’ nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Customer’s nominated address even if the Customer is not present at the address.
6.2 At B&B Timbers’ sole discretion the cost of delivery is in addition to the Price.
6.3 The Customer must take delivery by receipt or collection of the Goods/Equipment whenever either is tendered for delivery. In the event that the Customer is unable to take delivery of the Goods/Equipment as arranged then B&B Timbers shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery of the Goods/Equipment and/or the storage of the Goods.
6.4 B&B Timbers may deliver the Goods/Equipment in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.
6.5 Any time or date given by B&B Timbers to the Customer is an estimate only. The Customer must still accept delivery of the Goods/Equipment even if late and B&B Timbers will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery being late.
Delivery of Goods/Equipment. 7.1 Delivery (“Delivery”) of the Goods/Equipment is taken to occur at the time that TDD (or TDD’s nominated carrier) delivers the Goods/Equipment to the Customer’s nominated address even if the Customer is not present at the address.
7.2 At TDD’s sole discretion the cost of delivery is included in the Price.
7.3 TDD may deliver the Goods/Equipment in separate instalments. Each separate instalment shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the provisions in these terms and conditions.
7.4 Any time specified by TDD for delivery of the Goods/Equipment is an estimate only and TDD will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of delivery being late. However both parties agree that they shall make every endeavour to enable the Goods/Equipment to be delivered at the time and place as was arranged between both parties. In the event that TDD is unable to supply the Goods/Equipment as agreed solely due to any action or inaction of the Customer, then TDD shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
