Delivery Docket definition

Delivery Docket means a document issued by the Supplier that must accompany every delivery of goods to the Purchaser and must contain the details specified in clause 6.7.
Delivery Docket means a document that provides the name and address of the owner of the sheep; the name and address of the consignor of the sheep (if different from that of the owner); the name and address of the consignee of the sheep; the delivery address; the place of loading and the number and description of the sheep.
Delivery Docket means a written document provided by the Supplier on delivery of goods which records the Purchase Order number, and the quantity (including any applicable units of measure), part number(s) and description(s) of the goods being delivered.Defective Goods” has the meaning given to it in clause 15 of these Terms.

Delivery Docket means the delivery docket/tax invoice issued by the Supplier, which is to be signed by the Customer to acknowledge receipt of delivery of the Goods.

GST means goods and services tax payable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985. HSW Act means the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
