Delivery of Local Software; access to Cloud Services. (a) Catapult shall deliver the Local Software (if any) to you at the delivery address specified in the Order on or around the specified delivery date (if any). (b) Catapult shall provide you with access to and use of the Cloud Services via the methods specified by Catapult from time to time.
