The Service Provider does not have to measure the parameters or quality of Gas at each Delivery Point, but may assume, for the purposes of this document, that the quality and heating value of the Gas delivered at one of the Shipper's Delivery Points is the same as the quality and heating value of the Gas delivered at another Delivery Point on the VicHub, if it is reasonable to do so.
