Delivery Points and Transport Capacities. In accordance with No. 10, the Storage Customer has the possibility to contract for more than one Delivery Point under the present Contract (Additional Delivery Points in addition to the ‚Standard-Delivery Point‘). The Storage Customer is responsible for booking the corresponding transport capacities with the corresponding transmission system operators at one, or more than one, contractually agreed Delivery Point(s) in order to be able to use the Storage Service.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.
