Delivery Stage Clause Samples

The Delivery Stage clause defines the specific phase in a contract or project when goods, services, or deliverables are formally handed over to the receiving party. It typically outlines the criteria for what constitutes delivery, the process for confirming receipt, and any documentation or acceptance procedures required. For example, it may specify that delivery is complete once the client signs an acceptance form or when goods arrive at a designated location. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations related to delivery are fulfilled, reducing disputes and providing a basis for subsequent actions such as payment or warranty periods.
