Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) child under age 1 through age 20 required to enroll in managed care in any county other than Allegany, Cortland, Dutchess, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Putnam, Xxxxxx, Otsego, Schenectady, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Ulster, Washington, or Xxxxx, for expenditures associated with dates of service on or before March 31, 2014 [TANF Child].
