Demurrage – Railcars or Vessels. The Operator is not responsible or liable for any delay, interruption or interference with the delivery, loading, unloading or other handling of Cargo or other operations or services on the Berth Corridor howsoever caused, even if caused by an act, omission or the negligence of the Operator or the Authority.
