Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.
