Density Requirement. Franchisee shall make Cable Services available to residential dwelling units in all areas of the Service Area where the average density is equal to or greater than thirty-five (35) occupied residential dwelling units per mile as measured in strand footage from the nearest technically feasible point on the active Fiber Network trunk or feeder line. Should, through new construction, an area within the Service Area meet the density requirements after the time stated for providing Cable Service as set forth in Subsection 3.1, Franchisee shall provide Cable Service to such area within twelve (12) months of receiving notice from the LFA that the density requirements have been met.

Density Requirement. Subject to Section 3.1.1, above, the Franchisee shall make Cable Services available to residential dwelling units in all areas of the Township where the minimum density is thirty (30) occupied residential dwelling units per mile as measured in strand footage from the nearest technically feasible point on the active FTTP Network trunk or feeder line.

Should, through new construction, an area within the Initial Service Area meet the density requirements after the time stated for providing Cable Service as set forth in Subsections 3.1.1 and 3.1.3 respectively, Franchisee shall provide Cable Service to such area within six (6) months of receiving notice from the LFA that the density requirements have been met and receipt from the LFA of a permit to perform any construction necessary to provide such Cable Service.

Density Requirement. Franchisee shall make Cable Services available to residential dwelling units in all areas of the Service Area where the average density is equal to or greater than thirty (30) occupied residential dwelling units per mile as measured in strand footage from the nearest technically feasible point on the active FTTP Network trunk or feeder line. Should, through new construction, an area within the Initial Service Area or the portions serviced pursuant to the Year Seven (7) Threshold or Year Ten (10) Threshold meet the density requirements after the time stated for providing Cable Service as set forth in Sections 3.1.1, 3.1.2, and 3.1.3 respectively, Franchisee shall provide Cable Service to such area within six (6) months of receiving notice from LFA that the density requirements have been met.
Density Requirement. Franchisee shall make Cable Services available to residential dwelling units in all areas of the Service Area where the average density is equal to or greater than twenty-five (25) occupied residential dwelling units per mile during the first nine years of the original term of the Franchise and twenty (20) occupied residential dwelling units per mile during all the periods subsequent to the first nine of the original term of the Franchise, as measured in strand footage from the nearest technically feasible point on the active FTTP Network trunk or feeder line. Should, through new construction, an area within the Service Area, meet the density requirements after the time stated for providing Cable Service as set forth in Section 3.1, Franchisee shall provide Cable Service to such area within twelve (12) months of receiving notice from the City that the density requirements have been met.
Density Requirement. The Franchisee shall extend the Cable System whenever the Franchisee receives a request for Cable Service from a potential Subscriber and there is an average of at least thirty (30) dwelling units per mile along a line extension route to the subscriber's residence, measured in linear trench or aerial strand footage along the Public Right-of-Way. The distance shall be measured beginning at the Tap of the then-existing Cable System that is closest to the address requesting service (the "Starting Point"), and ending at the point on the Public Right-of-Way nearest to the point where the requesting potential Subscriber's route of vehicular ingress or egress contacts the public right-of-way (the "End Point"). For purposes of this section, a house, apartment unit, or other residence shall only be counted as a "dwelling unit" if it is occupied and the point of cable access is located within 400 feet of the Public Right-of- Way.
