Cable Operator. Any person or group of persons (1) who provides Cable Service over a Cable System and, directly or through one of more affiliates, owns a significant interest in such Cable System, or (2) who otherwise controls or is responsible for, through any arrangement, the management and operation of such Cable System.

Cable Operator. An entity that is licensed by the Issuing Authority to transmit Video Programming by cable to Bedford Subscribers using the Town’s rights of way. The Town of Bedford’s Cable Television Committee and its members who are appointed by the Selectmen of Bedford. The one-way transmission to Subscribers of video programming or other programming services, together with Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service. Cable Television System or Cable System: A system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, reception and control equipment designed to provide Cable Service (including video programming) to multiple Subscribers within a community unless such system does not use any public rights of way.   • Standard Tenant Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below) during the Lease Term. 6.1.1 Subject to limitations imposed by all governmental rules, regulations and guidelines applicable thereto, Landlord shall provide heating and air conditioning ("HVAC") when necessary for normal comfort for normal office use in the Premises from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tenant shall pay directly to the utility company pursuant to the utility company's separate meters, the cost of all electricity provided to and/or consumed in the Premises (including normal and excess consumption and including the cost of electricity to operate the HVAC air handlers), which electricity shall be separately metered (as described above). You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.
