Dental Health Insurance. The Board shall provide Employer-funded dental health insurance for all Full-time and Continuing Employees and their families. Minimum coverage shall be 80% basic (no maximum), 75% major (no maximum), 75% orthodontics ($3000 lifetime maximum per child). The Employer shall pay a minimum of 80% of the premium cost.
