Common use of Denture Insurance Clause in Contracts

Denture Insurance. The City shall provide for insurance coverage for the loss or damage of dentures incurred by employees covered by this Agreement while engaged in: (A) The control or suppression of a fire; or (B) Emergency rescue operations; or (C) Active training exercises simulating the activities described above in subparagraphs (A) or (B).
