DEPARTMENT CHAIR STIPEND. 29.5.1 Staff members designated as Department Chairs shall be members of the Faculty Bargaining Unit, shall be employed for the same number of days as the faculty, and shall be employed for the same scheduled days as the faculty, except as otherwise modified by mutual consent.
