Department of Administrative Services Review. If the grievance remains unresolved after STEP 2, the Association may advance the grievance in writing, with a copy of the written grievance to the Department of Administrative Services, Labor Relations Unit within thirty (30) calendar days following date the response at STEP 2 was due or received. The Department of Administrative Services shall respond within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of this STEP 3 appeal to the Department of Administrative Services. For purposes of this Article, an appeal in writing can be delivered by first class registered or certified mail, postage paid, by fax or by electronic mail to the Labor Relations Unit email address XXX@xxxxxx.xxx.
