Common use of Department of Homeland Security Clause in Contracts

Department of Homeland Security. Subrecipient shall comply with requirements to acknowledge Federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part by Grant Funds. Subrecipient shall obtain Grantor approval prior to using Grantor seal(s), logos, crests or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Grantor agency officials, including the use of the United States Coast Guard seal, logo, crests or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Coast Guard officials.
