Committee on Government Procurement. There shall be a Committee on Government Procurement composed of representatives from each of the Parties. This Committee shall elect its own Chairman and shall meet as necessary, but not less than once a year, for the purpose of affording Parties the opportunity to consult on any matters relating to the operation of this Agreement or the furtherance of its objectives, and to carry out such other responsibilities as may be assigned to it by the Parties.

Committee on Government Procurement. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Government Procurement (Committee), composed of government representatives of each Party. On request of a Party, the Committee shall meet to address matters related to the implementation and operation of this Chapter, such as: (a) cooperation between the Parties, as provided for in Article 15.22 (Cooperation); (b) facilitation of participation by SMEs in covered procurement, as provided for in Article 15.21 (Facilitation of Participation by SMEs); (c) use of transitional measures; and (d) consideration of further negotiations as provided for in Article 15.24 (Further Negotiations).
Committee on Government Procurement. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Government Procurement (Government Procurement Committee), composed of government representatives of each Party. On request of a Party, the Government Procurement Committee shall meet to address matters related to the implementation and operation of this Chapter, such as: (a) facilitation of participation by SMEs in covered procurement, as provided for in Article 13.20 (Facilitation of Participation by SMEs); (b) experiences and best practices in the use and adoption of information technology in conducting covered procurement. This could include topics such as the use of digital modeling in construction services; and (c) experiences and best practices in the use and adoption of measures to promote opportunities for socially or economically disadvantaged people when conducting covered procurement.
Committee on Government Procurement. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Government Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") comprising representatives of each Party. 2. The Committee shall: (a) evaluate the implementation of this Chapter, including its application, and recommend to the Parties the appropriate activities; (b) coordinate the cooperation activities; (c) evaluate and follow up the activities related to cooperation that the Parties present; and (d) consider further negotiations aimed at broadening the coverage of this Chapter. 3. The Committee shall meet upon request of a Party or as mutually agreed by the Parties. The meetings may also be held, as necessary, via telephone, video conference, or other means as mutually agreed by the Parties.

Committee on Government Procurement. 1. Recognizing the ongoing work of the WTO Committee on Government Procurement, the Parties shall endeavor to cooperate in pursuing issues of mutual interest. 2. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Government Procurement, which shall meet as mutually agreed to address matters including: (a) monitoring the implementation of this Chapter; (b) facilitating cooperation to increase mutual understanding of each Party’s government procurement system; (c) exchanging relevant information; (d) exploring market access expansion; and (e) any other matter related to the operation of this Chapter. 3. For the purposes of paragraph 2, each Party hereby designates the following as its enquiry point to facilitate communication between the Parties on any matter regarding government procurement: (a) for Korea, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy or its successor; and (b) for Israel, Foreign Trade Administration, Ministry of Economy and Industry or its successor.

This Committee shall elect its own Chairman and shall meet as necessary, but not less than once a year, for the purpose of affording Parties the opportunity to consult on any matters relating to the operation of this Agreement or the furtherance of its objectives, and to carry out such other responsibilities as may be assigned to it by the Parties. The Committee may establish working parties or other subsidiary bodies that shall carry out such functions as may be given to them by the Committee. The Committee shall annually: review the implementation and operation of this Agreement; and inform the General Council of its activities, pursuant to Article IV:8 of the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (hereinafter referred to as “WTO Agreement”), and of developments relating to the implementation and operation of this Agreement.
Committee on Government Procurement. 1. The Parties hereby establish a Joint Committee on Government Procurement (hereinafter the Joint Committee), composed of representatives of both Parties. 2. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Committee shall meet at least once a year, on the date, place and according to the agenda previously agreed upon by the Parties. 3. The functions of the Committee shall include: (A) to monitor and evaluate the implementation and administration of this Chapter, including its use and recommend to the Parties the corresponding activities; (B) assess and follow up on cooperative activities submitted by Parties; (C) address any other matter relating to this Chapter; (D) consider conducting additional negotiations with the aim of expanding the coverage of this Chapter; (E) to make efforts to promote the participation of enterprises of both Parties through a better understanding of the respective public procurement systems, as well as to promote access to public procurement opportunities, especially for SME suppliers. 4. The Parties may establish ad hoc working groups, which shall meet jointly or separately from the Committee. 5. Meetings may be held by any means agreed upon by the Parties. When present, they shall be held alternately in the territory of each Party, and it shall be the responsibility of the Party hosting the meeting. The first meeting of the Committee shall be held not later than one year after the date of entry into force of this Chapter. 6. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Committee shall be of a permanent nature and shall draw up its rules of procedure. Chapter 5. Transparency
