DEPARTMENT OF STATE HOSPITALS STAFF. A. The DSH’s staff shall be permitted to work side-by-side with Contractor’s staff to the extent and under conditions as directed by the DSH Contract Manager. In this connection, the DSH’s staff shall be given access to all data, working papers, etc., which Contractor seeks to utilize.
