DSH RESPONSIBILITIES. A. DSH shall distribute funds to Contractor in accordance with the schedule outlined in Exhibit B, Budget Detail.
DSH RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The DSH shall provide an orientation of the JBCT program to Contractor at the discretion of the DSH. Such orientation shall include an overview of State policies and procedures, the DSH JBCT Policy and Procedures Manual, and appropriate statutes related to the JBCT program.
DSH RESPONSIBILITIES. A. DSH shall issue a task order to the Contractor as temporary staffing services are needed. (See sample task order Exhibit A, Attachment 1.). Once the task order has been signed by the Contractor and DSH, the Contractor shall provide the requested temporary staffing services.

The DSH shall provide orientation to the CONREP Program to Contractor’s staff which have not received orientation previously, as designated by Contractor and at the discretion of the DSH. Such orientation shall include an overview of state policy and procedures, the Manual and appropriate statutes related to the Program.

  • Roles & Responsibilities During the MOU Period, the Parties will work together to develop the final scope of the CCA project. The Parties are entering into this MOU in good faith and final project approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the milestones outlined in Appendix A.
