Common use of Department Personnel Records Clause in Contracts

Department Personnel Records. Each employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to inspect and make copies of Department Personnel Record or any record directly related to said employee, provided the records are not confidential. (Note: An employee's own medical records are not confidential to said employee and may be viewed and copied upon request.) There shall be a copying charge per file of fifteen cents ($.15) per page. No more than one (1) personnel record will be reviewed at any one time.
