Department Procedures, Regulations and Rules. The operating rules and procedures of the City of Woodstock Police Department, as from time to time amended or implemented, which are not in conflict with this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect. The City shall provide employees with copies of all such new Rules and Regulations.
