Common use of Department Withholding and Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Department Withholding and Expenditures. The Department is allowed to withhold and use up to two percent (2%) of the school-generated program cost for the administrative support of the School as provided in Section 22-8B-13 XXXX 0000. The School and the COMMISSION may jointly request an accounting from the Department of the two percent withheld from the School for COMMISSION and Department expenditures.
