Section II., E., Facility Implementation Plan and Transition of Service, paragraph 5, is hereby revised to read: The Department will provide personnel from the Bureau of Contract Management and Monitoring to facilitate transition of services at each institution, including coordination of equipment installation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be reduced to writing and delivered to the Department’s Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff shall decide the dispute, reduce the decision to writing, and deliver a copy to the contractor, the Contract Manager and the Contract Administrator.
