Description of Appropriate Unit. For purposes of this Agreement, the term custodial personnel shall mean all regular maintenance, custodial, and engineer employees of Independent School District No. 659, whose employment service exceeds 67 working days per year and the lesser of 14 hours per week or 35 percent of the normal work week, excluding Director of Buildings and Grounds, Building Head Custodians, Coordinator of District Maintenance, Coordinator of District Grounds, Master Electrician, and seasonal summer employees.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term custodial personnel custodian shall mean all regular maintenance, custodial, and engineer employees of Independent persons in the appropriate unit employed by the School District No. 659in such classifications excluding the following: confidential employees, supervisory employees, essential employees, part-time employees whose employment service exceeds 67 services do not exceed fourteen (14) hours per week, employees who hold positions of a temporary or seasonal character for a period not in excess of sixty-seven (67) working days per in any calendar year and the lesser of 14 hours per week or 35 percent of the normal work week, excluding Director of Buildings and Grounds, Building Head Custodians, Coordinator of District Maintenance, Coordinator of District Grounds, Master Electrician, and seasonal summer emergency employees.
