Description of Appropriate Unit. For purposes of this Agreement, the term school bus driver shall mean all persons employed by the School Board as bus drivers excluding the following: confidential employees, supervisory employees, essential employees, part-time employees whose services do not exceed the lesser of fourteen (14) hours per week or thirty-five percent (35%) of the normal work week, employees who hold positions of a temporary or seasonal character for a period not in excess of 67 normal working days in any calendar year, and emergency employees. Employee: The term “employee” shall have the same definition as in the PELRA:
