Description of Benefits/Limitations. A. A Department Head may request a statement from a doctor to the effect that a person is ill and should not work. B. Each employee shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick days per year. C. Unused days of sick leave shall be cumulative to a maximum accumulation of one hundred ninety-two (192) days.
